Product DescriptionBuyer Business Info.
DEAR SIRS,
We are Looking for COST-EFFECTIVE, 3-PHASE, 200-kVA, UPS Solution combining:
ONLINE/DOUBLE-CONVERSION and DESIGN FOR HEAVY INDUCTIVE LOADS
APPLICATION: AVOIDING BIG WATER PUMP 3-PHASE MOTORS ( Typically 150HP @ 440VAC ) TO STOP DURING MOMENTARY GRID FAILURES ( FROM FEW SECONDS TO FEW MINUTES ) As short as five (5) Minutes back-up time could solve 90% of the stopping issues.
TO REDUCE EXPENSIVE SHIPPING COST: 1. -BATTERIES: MUST BE EXTERNALLY INSTALLED, >COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE< AGM, LiFePO4, OR Li-ion BATTERIES. 2. -ISOLATION TRANSFORMER: WHENEVER FEASIBLE, WE PREFER TO BUY AND INSTALL LOCALLY.
WHICH TOPOLOGY DO YOU RECOMMEND?
COULD HIGH-FREQUENCY, MODULAR UPS BE SUITABLE FOR SUCH APPLICATION?
IS BOOSTING SUPPLY/CHARGER REQUIRED IN THE FIRST CONVERSION ( AC to DC ) TO GET A HIGHER SUITABLE VOLTAGE IN THE DC-BUS?
SHOULD WE BUY >QUITE< EXTRA kVA CAPACITY TO WITHSTAND INDUCTIVE LOADS INRUSH CURRENTS?
IF LOW-FREQUENCY UPS: ANY CHANCE TO LOCALLY BUY AND INSTALL THE ISOLATION TRANSFORMER?
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR ANY SUGGESTIONS AND QUOTES
Best regards,
