1. Milk receiving unit:
Milk receiving vat with sloped bottom and arrangement for connections with pump. Capacity minimum 2000 liters
2. Storage of chilled milk:
Vertical enclosed insulated tank
The capacity of the tank: 5000 liters
Details:
Type of tank: Vertical Insulated storage tank
Material: Stainless steel AISI304
Cone type top
V-Shaped inclined bottom
Spoon type outlet
The tank is supported by stainless steel legs and with adjustable feet.
Shell and bottom of the tank will be insulated with a minimum of 50 mm insulation material, covered with an outer shell of full welded stainless steel AISI304.
Must be included following accessories:
Air vent
CIP Turbine
Circular manway covers in the tank top,
SS Support plat for feets
SS Ladder
Agitator ( placed in the cylindrical part of the tank. The agitator is driven by a flange motor with stainless steel housing dial thermometer ( -120 deg. C)

Foamless inlet in the tank
Removable sight glass.
