We need to smoke pork sausages, pork meat and pork bacon.
We are only a small producer, so it is enough for us to produce around 100 to 150 kg of products at one time or in one day.
That's why we are looking for a simple but fully automatic smokehouse that can smoke, dry and cook, has a self-cleaning chamber function, has smoke tar filtration, etc.
We use wood chips to produce smoke.
Our electric voltage is 230/400 V, and the steam generator is better for us on gas, not on electricity.
