Subject: RF Welding Machine or Services (look at attachment)

Hi,

I'm looking for a contract manufacturer that provides RF welding services. Is this something your company offers, or do you only manufacture the equipment? If you only make the equipment, could you recommend a manufacturer near Dongguan who can handle this?

I have two molded polyurethane seat cushions that require RF welding with PVC fabric:

PVC fabric will already be molded onto 5 of the 6 sides of both foam cushions.
PVC fabric must be RF welded to the pre-molded fabric near the red line (see attached images).
The first contoured seat cushion measures 18 X 16 X 3 inches, with RF welding needed along the 18 X 16-inch section.
The second contoured seat cushion measures approximately 9 X 6 X 3 inches, with RF welding needed along the 9 X 6-inch section.
The PVC fabric on the sixth side must fit snugly to the flat side near the red line (see images).
A custom die and non-conductive shields (e. G., Teflon) may be required.
Please let me know if your company can perform this type of work. If so, what is your daily volume capacity, and could you provide quotes for quantities of 5, 000, 10, 000, and 15, 000 units? If this is something you can do and we agree on the quotes and quantities, I will connect you with my contract manufacturer in Dongguan.
