We are a company in Papua New Guinea doing copper mining. We required to fulfill 500 rooms for our new site as worker's accommodations. The key point as following
1. Should be all pre-assemble in China - so In PNG we just only have to connect water line, sewerage line, and electricity to the main connection
2. Room size including bathroom should be at least from 12sqm to 14.2 sqm
3. Each room should have its own Airconditioner and this also should be pre-install in Factory in the way we can do sea transport
4. Each room should have it, s own bathroom and shower
5. Bathroom should have a shower area, commode and wash basing and all fittings have to install by the factory itself
6. We should have enough space inside the room to put a bed, table, and chair. This we will purchase separately
7. Each bathroom should have a hot water shower
8. PNG voltage is 240V and we use an Australian plug
9. Quotation should include the price of AC, Hot water shower and bathroom Accessories
10. Quotation should clearly indicate your product has to ship inside 40FT container or in bulk vessel
11. This should be ok with rough sea transportation
12. Kindly provide a clear proposal including all the details requested above along with images of similar products you have done before
13. Shipping to Moresby port, PNG
