Batteries type OPzS
Technical requirements
Batteries type OPzS are used to provide backup power to communication devices and railway automation, are installed in unheated rooms, battery cabinets.
The battery must meet the following requirements:
1. Rated voltage, not less than 2.0V.
2. Nominal capacity, not less than 100 Ah.
3. Average service life, not less than 10 years.
4. Ambient temperature from - 30 degrees Celsius (at electrolyte temperature not lower than -10 degrees Celsius) to + 55 degrees Celsius.
5. The battery's body and cap must be made of impact-resistant material.
6. Transparency of the case should allow to carry out visual control of the level of electrolyte in the storage battery. The minimum and maximum electrolyte levels, allowed during operation, must be marked in the battery.
7. Batteries must have filter that trap sulfuric acid aerosols.
The package of batteries should include:
Batteries are dry-charged.
Electrolyte to batteries in a separate container.
Flexible jumpers for connecting batteries (battery assembling) - 1 set per each battery.
Fasteners (hardware) - 1 set per jumper
Instructions for use - 1 copy for every 20 batteries.
Note. If the manufacturer's technical documentation (regulatory document or extracts from it, label, passport, etc. ) does not contain some technical characteristics, specified in the buyer's requirements, the supplier may confirm compliance with these characteristics in the letter of guarantee, where such characteristics shall be specified.
Warranty obligations
The warranty period must be at least 36 months from the date of commissioning.
The warranty period must be 12 months from the date of shipment to the buyer.
