We require a custom system that includes a fixed tablet sized capacitive touchscreen monitor of approximately ten to fifteen inches, either open frame or enclosed, for installation at a bar and connected to a central hub. The system should also include a wireless hub or receiver unit that not only communicates with multiple button units such as a call button or a bill button using RF or a custom wireless protocol, but also contains the operating system and the housing of the software. The hub must provide a clean, intuitive user interface and user experience that is easy and visually engaging for waiters to use, with functions such as customizable table names, button numbers, and other identifiers to fit different environments. The system must be able to receive call signals from the buttons, display these requests on the touchscreen terminal, allow staff to acknowledge and update the request status, and also send commands back to the buttons such as cancel or reassign. The button units must be completely wireless and battery powered, for example using a coin cell or car remote style battery. They should be rugged, waterproof, and reliable, designed for continuous use by staff or customers, and the system should be able to notify when any button unit has a low battery. The button units must also provide a wireless range of at least fifty meters or more if possible, ensuring reliable connectivity with the hub wherever they are placed. The system should also be scalable, meaning it must support as few as two buttons and expand to more than one hundred buttons if needed. The complete solution should include firmware, driver and software support, wiring, power supplies, and full integration between the touchscreen, the hub, and the buttons. Prototype samples are required, along with datasheets, a bill of materials, wireless range, power specifications, and available interface types such as USB, HDMI, serial, or Ethernet. The system should have IP protection of at least IP fifty four or higher, and must offer customization options including logo and enclosure design. Please also provide commercial details including minimum order quantity, lead time for prototypes and mass production, warranty terms, testing and quality assurance processes, and after sales support availability.
