1. Core Functionalities:
Cash In/Out Buttons:
Cash In: Records incoming payments (sales revenue).
Cash Out: Tracks expenses (purchases, operational costs).
Payment Modes in cash in:
Cash: Default mode for cash payments.
Online: Activated by pressing a button to record online transactions (e. G., direct transfer, card payments) without much details.
Credit: Marks transactions as pending payments, allowing customer details (e. G., mobile numbers) to be stored.
2. Inventory Management:
Item-wise Inventory Tracking:
Add and subtract stock quantities for each item sold or restocked.
Real-time stock level updates.
3. Data Recording:
Saves all transactions locally in the calculator and syncs to a connected APP when available.
Stores the following for each transaction:
Item name and quantity.
Payment mode (Cash, Online, or Credit).
Amount and date.
Customer details (if on credit).
