1. Copper Smelting Unit

Input: 10 tons of copper concentrate per day (approx. 1 ton/hour)

Output: Blister copper (98%)

Preferred: Rotary furnace or high-frequency furnace

Include: Slag handling, exhaust/fume system

2. Electrorefining Unit

Input: 2.5 to 3 tons of copper anode per day

Output: 99.99% copper cathodes

Include: Refining tanks, rectifier/power system, electrolyte circulation, cathode/anode frames, and related accessories

3. Cathode to Copper Rod Line

Input: Copper cathodes (99.99%)

Output: 8 mm copper rods (oxygen-free or standard)

Include: Melting furnace, casting system (Upcasting/CCR), coiler, cooling, and related auxiliaries

4. Copper Rod to Wire Production Line

Input: 8 mm copper rod

Output: Electrical wire of various sizes (fine and medium gauge)

Include: Rod breakdown machine, intermediate & Fine wire drawing machines with annealing, spooling/coiling, cooling systems, and control panel
