Also note the following, Acceptable quality of construction
1. All welding joints should be fully welded from all sides, all Stainless Steel Material to be used where ever applicable and has been asked should meet AISI 304 Specifications and all color of SS should be plasma vapour deposition (P. V. D. Coating Process) processed. (Please mention thickness of the material that will be used)
2. All wood used should be planned and sanded even if it is getting concealed.
3. All Foam to used should be of min. 40 Density
4. All Paint & Polishing Material to be used should be environmental & Food Grade friendly.
5. Fumigation test certificate to be provided for all materials shipped.
6. No Jointed Wood to be used in the furniture items.
7. Veneer flitch thickness should be 0.5mm THK on all furniture and Laminate to be used should be of 1/1.5 mm thickness.
8. Min. D3 Quality of glue to be used in all wooden furniture items.
9. In furniture where ever wooden support are given it should be planned, glued and screw should be used.
