1. Nozzles:

Can you provide KYOCERA U-Type ceramic nozzles instead of MDH (Korea)?

What is the price difference per set?

2. Motors:

What is the cost difference between the following motor options (please specify brand in each case)?

2.2 kW direct drive (non-X motor) vs. 2.8 kW X-Motor

3.8 kW X-Motor vs. Standard AC motor

3. Pump Springs:

Can you use Awa (Japan) pump springs instead of DH?

What is the additional cost per unit?

4. Bearings & Gears:

Is it possible to upgrade the external bearings to NSK or FAG brands?

Can the gears be upgraded to SKS specification?

Please provide the respective price impact for each upgrade.

5. Beam & Cloth Rollers:

I require 800 mm beam diameter

Please confirm the actual weight of the aluminum cloth roller and beam flange for the 800 mm configuration.

6. Let-Off and Take-Up System:

Can you provide a Tsudakoma-type Let-Off and Take-Up system instead of LEXSH?

Kindly share the price difference for this option.

7. Dobby Compatibility:

Is your quoted machine configuration based on plain cam shedding or does it include integrated dobby?

If it is a plain setup, what is the additional cost to upgrade to a dobby system (brand to be mentioned)?

I currently need 8 frames but want to ensure the system supports up to 12 cam frames for future scalability.

8. Additional Clarifications:

Do your machines come with:

2 aluminum cloth rollers with triangular rib support?

2 warp beams with flanges?

2 reeds per machine?

10, 000 heald wires (brand to be confirmed: QMH or Zhuo Cheng)?
