We are holding inquiry from one of our customer for captioned product.

Please note, customer wants this material in the Chemical name - 9-deoxo-9A-aza-9A-methyl-9A-homoerythromycin instead of Azithromycin.
So there will not be need of Form 9.

Also, customer requires material either of GUOLONG or GUOBANG,
As that's approved make from their end, but they require in Chemical name as mentioned above.
