This refers to Made in China Inquiry regarding Skin Closure Devices. We are dedicated medical Devices Company and interest to import / Registered Skin Closure Tapes Strips for Pakistan.
As the Skin Closure Fall in Medical Devics this must be registered first, for registration we must need Sole Agency Rights Letter and Free Sales Certificate duly attested by the embassy of Pakistan in the country of origin.
CE, Credentials of the manufacturer, ISO must be attested by the CCPIT, and Accredited Shelf-Life Test Report and Declaration of Conformity duly singed and stamped by the manufacturer.
All above documents we need via courier to our address to complete the file for registration.
Our estimated annual sales before registration in one financial year will not be less than US$ 15, 000. Once we get registered than it should be more than first years.
We only do business DP at sight if the order is less than US$ 20, 000 over to this we go for LC at sight.
