NON-CONTACT AUTOMATIC LASER THICKNESS MEASURING GAUGE
We are a 4-Hi Reversing Hot Roll Steel Plate Mill established in India for manufacturing Steel Plates upto 2500 mm Width in Thickness range of 10-150mm. Presently the input thickness of Steel Slab is upto 255mm maximum. We have a hydraulic AGC (Automatic Gauge Control) installed on the mill. We need Thickness measuring gauge, having interface to connect with AGC, to automatically sense and interact with AGC to control required thickness of the plate while rolling. While rolling the temperature of the Steel Plate remains about 800-850 Degree Celsius. We are open to buy new or used laser guage (in running condition).
Please submit quotation on delivery at Mumbai (India) basis with specifications of the laser guage and name of your satisfied customers in India who are using the laser gauge you are offering to us. An early response is requested.
