I am planning to start a small-scale semi-automatic tomato processing & packaging plant in Kombolcha, 300 km north of Addis Ababa where tomato producing farms are largely available. The objective is to target markets of Ethiopia & Djibouti. Looking into these markets, the demand for tomato paste packed in 70 GM sachets is growing steadily.

I would like you to offer me technical details & prices on turnkey basis equipments with an output capacity of 150-200 kg per hour, preferably scalable. Power requirements 3 phase 220V 50 Hz. Please let me know if the plant can also process red pepper.
