We require TURNKEY PROJECT on Steel Rolling mill to produce reinforcement bars from 10mm to 32mm diameter X 6m and 9m lengths.
Size of plant: 30, 000 tons per year, based on 8 hour shift, 5 days X 12 months or 10 tons approx per hour output.
I need different furnace options for cheaper ongoing production cost.
Bars to be both ribbed and plain.
Billet size: To be recommended by rolling mill supplier.
The rolled bars should meet relevant standards as per attached documents.
