PT wedges come in 3 parts ( conical and tapered) and are to be assembled together and retained in position by a steel ring put in the groove. Before assembly the 3 parts which have 1mm pitch threads, are to be inspected for damage in threads, absence of threads, flat threads, any other defect in threads. After assembly the wedges are to be marked at the bottom using a laser machine. We are ok with one integrated machine doing inspection, assembly and marking. Details and photos can be shared.
