We are a Marketing Company based in Dubai & Kuwait. We are looking for a reputed and reliable supplier of Ovens, Short blasting machines and Powder coating systems.

We would like to have your offer for the following items. Please quote separately for both Items.

1. Internal & External FBE coating for Pipes & Fittings. (Powder coating as well as Liquid epoxy coating)
2. Heating & curing oven with the following details.

JOB DETAILS & REQUIREMENTS:

1. For pipe dia 4" to 80" & also for Pipe dia from 4" to 100"

2. Length of the pipe is considered as 14" with 1" wall thickness.

3. Power source required is - Electric.

4. Oven length should be 20 Meters & high as 6 Meters (However you can suggest suitable size as per your recommendations including the breath. )

5. Preheating temperature is 230 degree C.

6. Temperature should be maintained to 230 degree Centigrade while coating (This is most important. )

7. Post heating temperature is 180 to 220 C for 30 minutes.

8. We prefer a falling roof for the oven so that it can be brought down whenever pipe dia is lower, so that the temperature to be maintained is in less area rather than to maintain temperature of the entire oven. (basic idea is to cut down on cost of electricity when the area to be used is less. )

9. You can also add with quenching system (or you can quote quenching system separately so that we give our client an option to cut down on cost)

10. Please also quote the External & Internal Pipe coating system for Pipe dia from 4" to 80" dia. (FBE POWDER AND LIQUID EPOXY COATING SYSTEM)

11. Please also add short blasting to the system or you can quote separately (They will require all of these equipment's as mentioned above but I am asking you to provide separately so that in case they think the cost is too high then we do not lose the order for the ovens as they will check prices from other manufacturers also.

12. Please note the furnace should consume a minimum amount of electricity with the highest production rate.

13. We also want to know how many pipes can be coated per day in the oven as we will have to consider that ratio when we are quoting to our clients for Tenders.

14. We will also require FBE coating guns.

WE ALSO REQUIRE FBE POWDER AND LIQUID EPOXY COATING. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU CAN SUPPLY THESE PRODUCTS.
