There are strict requirements regarding the PC-manufacturer and the surface Hardcoating from the end-customer in Germany. Please check this first. If you can not do this, no need to go into details.

We need 4X 2 (left and right) PC headlamps; 3D-data will be sent to you as STP-document. UniPlus Hong Kong will be your customer and we expect shipment to our Hong Kong address.

We need to know which PC supplier you use, so mention this in the quotation and attach a data-sheet. This must be pre-approved byt the German customer.

Reason: The car must be registered for road driving in Germany without the need to go through a difficult PC-material approval process.

Tolerance requirement +/-0.1mm. (If you require deviations, please specify. This can be discussed. ) The quote should include the cost for measuring all 8 parts on CMM before shipment. Measurement report needs to be sent before shipment and approved.
