This is an electric heating wire bound with a resistance alloy wire on a glass fiber core wire as a Heating Element and is covered with a soft insulating heat-resistant silicone rubber material on the outer layer. Its insulating layer has excellent heat resistance and can be used for extended periods above 150 °C with almost no change in performance and can be used continuously for 10, 000 hours at 200 °C. It suits extended period use at temperatures between -60~180 °C, and when the power density generally does not exceed 40 W/m. The silicone rubber electric Heating Cable is flammable yet self-extinguishable. Silicone rubber should not contain organic halide's, thereby avoiding emitting of smoke or toxic gases when burning.
