We want to measure Direct Current that can range as high as 5000 A (though in normal condition it goes to about 4000 A). The current is bidirectional and variable. The conductor is round and has diameter of 4 inch (insulated). Need to clamp it without removing conductor (so split core may be needed). Attached is a pic of location where sensors will be clamped

The sensor output could be 4-20mA or it could be low voltage DC signal (5V range or 12 V range or 24 V range)

We have a machinery powered by variable speed/torque DC motors and we want to measure current being sent to the motor

+/- 5000A DC current sensor
Conductor: Round, 4 inch (102 mm) diameter
Need to install in working equipment (so most likely split core Hall effect sensor needed)
Conductor Voltage: 600 V
Output: 4-20 mA or low voltage signal (5V/10V)
Accuracy desired: 1% (even 2-3% will work)
Supply Voltage: 5V or 12V or 24V
Requirement: 125 pieces
