One Introduction
We are requesting proposals for the engineering manufacturing and supply of three integrated conveyor systems to enable fully autonomous loading of EU pallets into drone cargo bays These modules must support synchronized transfer between a fixed feed station a mobile lift conveyor mounted on a SEER Robotics JS One Thousand AMR and a fixed drone receiving conveyor

Two Scope of Supply
Module One Feed Conveyor Station
Static roller conveyor presenting pallets at ground level for AMR pickup
Orientation Pallet presented lengthwise from One Thousand Two Hundred mm side
Conveyor Height Three Hundred mm
Conveyor Type Motorized roller conveyor
Frame and Material Powder coated steel or aluminum
Guarding Fixed guarding panels and removable side mesh
Safety Pallet detection e stop safety relays
Control Panel Standalone PLC with ready output signal to AMR controller

Module Two Lift Roller Conveyor Top Mounted on SEER JS One Thousand AMR
Custom roller conveyor with lifting mechanism designed to mount on SEER JS One Thousand AMR platform
Mounting Requirements Match JS One Thousand mechanical footprint and power control interface
Lift Range From Three Hundred mm to Seven Hundred Fifty mm
Payload Two Hundred Fifty kg
Loading Side From One Thousand mm lengthwise side of EU pallet
Conveyor Type Motorized rollers bidirectional
Lift Type Electric actuator or scissor lift with high precision control
Power Twenty Four or Forty Eight V DC compatible with JS One Thousand supply
Safety Travel limits e stop bumper overload protection
Sensors Pallet detection alignment sensor top bottom lift position
Communication and Control ROS MQTT or Modbus TCP with JS One Thousand
Robot Commands Lift up down conveyor on off direction

Module Three Drone Floor Conveyor
Conveyor system embedded inside the drones loading bay to receive pallets from AMR
Conveyor Height Fixed at Seventy Four to Seventy Five cm from ground
Conveyor Type Motorized roller conveyor aligned to AMR top conveyor
Orientation Receives pallet from One Thousand mm side
Frame Material Lightweight aluminum or carbon composite
Guarding Flip up or retractable mesh panels
Safety IR light curtain e stop entry detection sensor
Communication Start stop sync from AMR or master system
Power Twenty Four or Forty Eight V DC or compatible with drone power bus

Three Control and Integration Requirements
Each module must include a control panel PLC or equivalent
Communication Protocols ROS MQTT or Modbus TCP
Digital IO for basic handshaking ready running error
Lift Roller Conveyor must support full integration with SEER Robotics JS One Thousand AMR control architecture

All three physical modules as defined above
Mechanical drawings and Three D models STEP
Electrical schematics and PLC logic flow
Integration guides for SEER JS One Thousand robot
Testing and commissioning protocol
Twelve month warranty and optional spares kit
