We need quotation for three plastic injection moulds. They are for a scale model ship kit.

I attached the pictures of 2D and 3D drawings for three sprues. Each sprue needs a mould. The particulars of the sprues are as follows:

Sprue A: Size 16cm*18cm. Contains approximately 60 parts.
Sprue B: Size 16cm*28cm. Contains 12 parts
Sprue C: Size 16cm*28cm. Contains 30 parts.
Materials can be PS or other suitable plastics.

Larger 2D plan or eDrawings files of the 3D model for the parts can be provided if needed for the quotation.

We would like to have your quotation for the following items:

1.3D modelling. The 3D models we have at this stage are preliminary and a small amount of further work is needed. They are created with PRO/E Wildfire 5.0. Could you provide such service?

2. Mould tooling. Lead time and terms of payment.

3. This plastic model kit with an initial quantity up to 4, 000 sets. Each set contains the three sprues mentioned above.

Since there are many very fine parts in this kit and some features can be as small as only 0.6mm-0.8mm in diameter, we prefer following manufacturers:
1. Plastic model kit manufacturers with their own tooling facilities;
2. Plastic mould manufactures which had actually done similar moulds before;
3. Experienced mould manufacturers located in Nanjing or cities nearby.
