Dear Concern,
We are machine tool manufacturers located in India.
We require spindle unit suitable for the following: -
1) Spindle RPMs: - between 2000 to 10000 rpm.
2) Application: Spindle unit will be mounted on robo for carrying out de burring in cast iron component.
3) Spindle nose: ISO 20 ( preferable but not must)
4) Spindle unit: Should be capable for ATC.
5) Application will use external coolant.
6) we prefer motorized spindle.
7) Since application is de burring, capacity of the spindle can be anything around 1HP for the operating rpm s mentioned above.
Qty required 2 nos.
Please quote for the appropriate spindles. You may suggest for closest standard available in your product range.
