I have a question to you about a specific type of regulating system used on different helmets.

We would need to create a custom strap design for a project of ours with a standard adjustment mechanism like seen in the attachments. The red marked areas would be custom design and the green mechanism area is something off the shelf/standard product. We are looking for the mechanism system to be as slim as possible.

I know that the adjustment system with the round knob itself is quite standard and widely used, so there is no point to start designing it ourselves, but we need to design the strap part which is specific for our product.

So the question is if you could help us with manufacturing something like this to us? For starters we are talking about small quantities like 100 PCS, but it may increase in the future.
