Kydex plastic holster form-fitted to specific pistols.

I am currently making these holsters in my home using small table-top vacuum former. The holsters are fitted to specific pistols to assure perfect fit.

The holster is created from. 060 inch thick Kydex plastic that is heated to 350 degrees F and wrapped around a pistol form and vacuum formed. The plastic is trimmed, sanded and edge polished, however this finishing may not be required depending on process.

Two or three eyelet/rivets are installed to make a solid closure on the overlap.

A simple belt clip is made using. 0125 inch X 1 inch piece of Kydex that is heated and bent 90 degrees 1/4 inch from the bottom. This piece is rounded on the top for look and feel.

The clip is attached to the holster using a backless 'Chicago Screw' with lock-tite applied to prevent the screw from loosening.

Initial purchase, after prototype approval, will be 1000 pieces.
