1. Manufacturer should have valid and Active API 7-1 certification from last 5 years. Evidence to be provided
2. Confirmation on company letterhead that the quoted items are brand new and un-used.
3. The manufacturer should have minimum 5 years experience in the manufacturing of BOP Cup Tester assemblies & spares and must have supplied the quoted BOP Cup Tester assemblies & spares each year during last 5 years to the major international E & P & drilling contractor companies. In this regard bidder / manufacturer should provide last 5 years comprehensive detailed supply record other than manufacturer's own country containing detail of offered BOP Cup Tester assemblies & spares, quantity sold & name of customers.
4. Unpriced copies of at least 03 different purchase orders for quoted BOP Cup Tester assemblies & spares other than manufacturer's own country should also be submitted with the technical bid.
5. Original letter from the manufacturer covering Warranty/Guarantee for offered BOP Cup Tester assemblies & spares for a period of 12 months from date of shipment.
6. Authority letter in original from the manufacturer to bidder for offered BOP Cup Tester assemblies & spares with tender enquiry number must be furnished with the technical offer.
