1. Scope
It is requested to deliver spare parts for the following type of mechanical meters (Elester, SPX, Baylan) according to the below requirements and as described in table below which shows the photos of each part.
Spare parts must be supplied from the same factory that produce the water meters, and it is requested to submit an authorization letter from the manufacturer to prove that the parts are the same of those used in meter manufacturing, bids with no authorization letter will be rejected. All Spare parts supplied in contact with or likely to come into contact with water shall be certified for potable water use.
2. Fittings packaging
All spare parts must be packed in such a way to allow instant use on site without additional cleaning.
All spare parts shall be securely packed in boxes in a proper way to prevent damage during delivery.

3. Documents to be provided upon delivery

The contractor shall submit at least the following documents:
1. Certificate of origin.
2. Packing list
3. Any other documents requested by the Engineer and the hand over committee
