We are aim to double our lens calibration capacity from 500 to 1, 000 lenses per day.

Our current setup:
2 Blockers feeding into 6 NIDEK edgers

Our requirments and Objectives:
Increase production to 1, 000 calibrated lense per day
Either by adding 6 additional edgers similar to NIDEK
Or Exploring Higher-capacity edgers that could achieve the desired output witih few unites

Technical Specifications:
Edging Speed: Capable of processing a minimum of 170 lenses per day per machine
Lens Compatabiliyu: CR-39, PC, High-Index, Trivex
Functions Required: Automatic bevelling, grooving, polishing and drilling.
User Interface: Preferably with an intuitive touchscreen interface
Certificiation: Compliance with CE or ISO standards

Additionall Information:
We plan to visit China next month to purchase this machine and are interes in scheduling visits to potential suppliers and factories to evaluate equiplment and discuss possible collaboration.
