1. INTRODUCTION
Company "LitA" has been successfully engaged in the production of aluminum alloys for many years. Due to the successful activity of the enterprise, it was decided to expand the list of attracted raw materials and the nomenclature of aluminum alloys. 2. INITIAL DATA
The production site is located within the city limits of Ufa and has an excellent logistic position with access to the federal highway. 3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
1. The task includes the selection and supply of equipment for:
- loading of raw materials into the melting furnace,
- reflective-inclined furnace equipped with an electromagnetic stirrer (EMP electromagnetic pump).
- The melting furnace should be equipped with a receiving device (remote pocket) for the introduction of bulk materials in the form of aluminum chips and aluminum die-cutting.
2. The capacity of the equipment shall correspond to an annual program of 7, 200 tons per year.
8. In the design and selection of equipment, special attention should be paid to energy-saving technologies.
9. Requirements for safety conditions - according to the rules of safety in metallurgical production.
