I would like to request for quote that provide below mixing services:

Coating and Processing Requirements:
Coating Application: The supplier must provide products/services capable of applying a coating between two layers of non-woven fabric.
Pressing: The coated fabric must be compressed to a consistent thickness of 1.5mm.
Drying: The coating must be dried at a temperature of 80°C for a duration of 20 minutes using a conveyor oven.
Mixing Services for Coatings:
The supplier must also provide mixing services to prepare the coating without any metal contact. The system should have a minimum batch capacity of 500 kg per batch, ensuring the consistency and quality of the mixture.
Certification Requirements:
The supplier must hold IATF 16949 certification or equivalent, ensuring adherence to quality management systems for the automotive industry and other high-quality manufacturing standards.

Pls kindly provide catalogue and process/equipment specifications that support this requirements.
