We need the oiling agent can be used for PA6, (not for PA66).
The basic condition is:
The viscosity of PA6 is 3, 4 (Relative viscosity (96 % H2SO4, 1g/100 ml)* --- 3, 40±0, 05);
Lubricant/oil for HTY (high tenacity yarn or industrial yarn), for FDY may also be suitable.
The surface of the lubricant should not burn and smoke is not allowed (smoke point 210°C is possible). It should eliminate static electricity, have good adhesion to the impregnating solution during further impregnation and be heat resistant.
Consumption should not exceed 12 kg per ton of finished product.
Maximum temperature of the hot rollers is 206°C.
We apply the pure oiling agent to the yarn without dilution with water.
