I am reaching out to inquire about your capabilities and to request a quotation for manufacturing custom components for a mandolin vegetable slicer we are developing. Our goal is to create a 3D printet durable product that includes interchangeable blades for various cutting styles.
Specifications Needed:
Straight Blade:
Material: Food-grade stainless steel
Purpose: For making even, flat slices
Julienne Blade:
Material: Food-grade stainless steel
Features: Small, sharp teeth for thin strips
Crinkle/Waffle Blade:
Material: Food-grade stainless steel
Features: Serrated edge for wavy or crinkle cuts
The blades needs to be same sizes so we can make our design around that. We also in search of the metal that needs to penetrate the vegetables and a handle that goes with it.
