2) Supplier will be requested to provide Bid Bond of USD 10, 000 and performance guarantee afterwards.

Order Procedure:
1) Share sample of product once terms are finalized.
2) Share MSDS and PDS of Base Oils
3) Share Pre-Shipment Inspection report (At Suppliers Cost)
4) Offer Validity Should be 21 Days
5) Participant shall be required to submit product name, refinery name and origin of refinery of offered base oil on company letter head.
6) Documentary evidence for technical evaluation that the quoted API Group II base oil has been used in Engine Test Work for Engine Oils, API license claim for API CI-4/SL, SN Plus/SN, SN-RC & Performance claims for Industrial Oil with world renowned Lubricants Additive manufacturer (such as Lubrizol, Chevron, Afton, Infineum or equivalent).
