I am looking for a plate heat exchanger that we can use in our gold elution plant. It's a ZADRA setup. We want to place the heat exchanger just after the elution column. The solution in the elution column will be at 130 degrees celsius and we want to cool it down to around 90 degrees celsius. The solution has caustic cyanide and the flowrate will be 5 m3/hr.
The heat exchanger will also help warm up the solution after it has passed an electrowinning cell, but before it passes through a diesel burner. The inlet temperature to the recovery heat exchanger will be between 60 - 70 degree Celsius.
Do you have anything that will suit our application?
