RFQ for Machine to make tiny copper vias & punch inside the strip

Dear Sir/Madam,
Would u pls kindly send UR competitive quotation for a machine to make tiny copper vias (pins) to punch inside the composite strips. As you may know, tiny Vias is used also in PCB and electronic boards manufacturing. The size of required tiny copper vias are shown in attached pics. The strips materials are plastic reinforced or some times composite-epoxy glass.

Therefore, what we need now are as following: 1- we need a machine to make these copper vias (pins or rivets whatever u like to call them)2- we need a machine to insert these copper vias inside the strip and punch it very tight and accurate in the shown distances
These two machine can do the job separately, or u can combine both machines in one machine to do both together. Actually we need a machine so that we give the composite strip roll and also 3M adhesive strip roll and copper wire role as three raw materials as its feed, and the machine give us the final product which is complete strip with copper vias punched inside it. If u can make the machine do all together is better, otherwise u can offer two separate machines, one make the copper vias (pins-rivets), and the second machine insert these vias-pins-rivets inside the strip and punched it shown distances from each other, and then finally stick the 3M adhesive strip on the strip.
