Hello Manufacturer,

I want create high quality premium stand for headphones. This stand will be made by plywood technology, with different wood materials on top of it. I got my own shape design, is it possible to create my own shape for this stand?

Product Details:
Materials Inner wood, this wood will be something less expensive but durable type of wood, I am not sure which kind of wood will be best for bending, so I will appreciate any idea what do you have with technology of plywood.
Outer wood, this wood will be much more precious and premium feeling. I want this type of woods, macassar ebony, palisander santos, zebrano wood, walnut. This wood need to have some coating on the top, coating need to be safe when you leave your headphones on the stand, I don't want any kind of coat who can damage headphones of customers. I need really premium feeling on it.

Size:
H - 27cm
W - 18cm
D - 12cm

Thickness of the wood, 8-10 mm

Quantity: Between 100 - 300 pieces, so I need quotations in this range. Of course I will pay for some samples before we start manufacturing this product in big scale. So I also need to know price of each sample.

Quotations: Can you calculate how much will be cost this product with different type of woods? With different kind of finishing and with different number of quantity?

Price: I got some idea about price, but I want see your opinions and suggestions.
