GarantOMK company needs:
1) We are going to produce (new equipment purchased in China) Liquid soaps (liquid household chemicals) in Thailand in MID-May. Therefore, we need to purchase Raw Materials for liquid soap by this time (preferably in Thailand) and additional formulations are needed. Capacity: 1hour=360 PE-cans/hour for 5L (1800 L/h). 2) We also bought an Injection machine (model 120 or 150) in China 3 years ago for the production of plastic disposable lighter tank body (this is an early project-suspended). These equipment lines are all new, they were just stored in a warehouse and are also located in Thailand, we have completed this project. The technical characteristics of the Injection machine are as follows: Brand: LIANSU; Model number: UNCH150T; Clamping force=150T; Screw diameter=38; Injection capacity: 175g; Injection speed=99; (77mm Flint lighter disposable Tank body mould, (1hour=6000 PCS, Tank body=4.5 g ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)&AS(Acrylonitrile Styrene) material, checking standard=GB2828; Checking record=32 pieces/mould; Length: 59.2mm; Thickness: 1.35-1.45mm; Inner thickness: 1.35mm; 5: Test: 55 degrees water temperature, without gas leak, without explode. )); Regulating temperature=1-350 degree is normal; Regulation pressure=0-100N is normal; Oven material temperature=1-75 degree is normal. Therefore, we need to redesign this Injection machine, perhaps their mold for lighters, we need to replace it with a mold for PE caps, for our 5 L- PE cans ((1hour=220-250 PE-cans/hour for 5L)). We need your commercial proposals with technical specifications for replacing the lighter mold into a PE cap mold (modernization may be needed). E parameters of the PEcap for our 5 L PE cans are approximately as follows: Diameter of the PE cap=44.5mm (inner=39-41mm); Height of the PE cap=21.5mm (inner=15.6mm); Weight of the PE cap=6g. We are not going to buy an Injection machine, we need to use this machine for the PE-cap (Polyethylene-cap) production project for the Liquid Soap project.
