We are having a CITY project already since many years in CENTRAL Europe - where so far that time it was by government financed and motivated as we had started to realize that private solutions beside government solutions compete in several ways as it may be somehow good chance to become finally as owner of copyright associated and intellectual property after we had won public tender in year 2002 in Bratislava originally as sub-provider to install camera-sytem like in London for security reasons - as finally as private company with own applications in marketing and even own publications as media-company and legal-consultant professionals in protecting individual rights and the constittution or constitutive standards in human-rights in information technology as database and service provide for billing backoffices, medical quality assurance as well as publisher of several standard publications in ranking of quality degrees for the industry (like in school) as finally we are just officially accredited since 1993 as initiated by the German BUNDESPOST - FEDERAL COMMUNICATION / PTT to find out successful concepts for or in the public todo whatever before just an authority was able todo - as even we can do everything including MISTAKES or even FAIL as we so far never did - since we have completely new concept in our business - that we really can try anything as big and much as we know if the world wants it or not...
So far. ., . You know GOOGLE EARTH? !? !? ? ! ...We had initially that time even created beside some other companies the N-DIMENSIONAL world as panorama LAYER based system with same principle - but any picture or layer from any perspective should be combined GLOBALLY that EVEN EVERY LIVE-STREAM must be able to become delivered...And we are OWNING servers, NETWORKS, the LAW (which was created or designed by our COMPANY to be officially discussed in public to regulate what we had initially created to be everybody else make understand what we had done and how we see it - or where we allow others to get involved and use or even provide own feeds...- so far we liked to have the world made to know that we want every PICTURE...Audio stream...Anyything, where so far we liked to create a sample city with up to 1.000.000 cameras like infront of every house and on every street-light or traffic-light or just even in garden or inside your home...So far it all should be mixed together where as MAP publisher and official GPS associated and GPS synced reference-connection concept dynamically get established using transmitters and telecom infrastructure as well as property based (cataster-map databse) databases...


For the first we had liked some CAMERA manufacturer which are found on ALIBABA or MADE IN China or internet as MANUFACTURER providing concepts in mixing several PERSPECTIVES or DATA SOURCES like VIDEO-SIGNALS into one PANORAMA picture where we had originally invented N-dimensional pixels or the pattern beside JPG files to be even having GPS based 2D view been defined or N-D delta definitions for example...

We just need somebody who can manufacture VIDEO network based lens.
