Subject: Inquiry for Custom Tarot Deck & Packaging Production

I am currently running a Kickstarter campaign for a tarot card set and its accompanying packaging, and I'm looking for a manufacturing partner to bring it to life. Below are the project's specifications:
Tarot Deck: 78 cards, originally drawn on A3 artboards, which will need to be resized down to fit standard tarot card dimensions, while maintaining the original aspect ratio. The cards should have gilded edges and a premium finish. I would appreciate your expert advice on the best dimensions for the cards once resized.
Hardcover Book: A5 or A6 size with approximately 150 pages of premium-quality paper. I'm open to your suggestions on how we can achieve the right balance between cost and quality.
A4 Prints: Approximately 100 premium-quality prints (GSM flexible based on your recommendation). These prints will not be housed inside the box as they need to be signed, so cello wrapping is not an option.
Box Design: A matte black box with foil block printing on the front and printed details on the underside. The box should be designed to accommodate the tarot deck and book.
Optional Extras (please note, these are purely possibilities at this stage and are not part of the main quote):
A foldable game board featuring a printed tarot spread and a breakdown of its positions.
Silk drawstring pouches for the tarot deck, adding to the uniqueness and luxury of the set.

If we decide to proceed with either or both of the optional extras, I would also need templates for the game board and drawstring pouch to ensure proper alignment during production.

Please provide pricing, turnaround time, and any recommendations or customization options you offer. I'd also appreciate any advice you may have on the resizing of the A3 cards to achieve the right dimensions while maintaining the original art integrity.
