Key Requirements
Ease of Scratch-Off:

The ink layer must be easy to scratch off without leaving residue or causing damage to the underlying data or codes.
If a bottom oil layer is required for optimal performance, please confirm and provide detailed application guidelines (e. G., viscosity, curing time, and recommended thickness).
Durability:

The ink must retain its quality for at least 2 years without degradation, peeling, or loss of adhesion.
Resistance:

The ink should withstand challenges during packaging, transportation, and storage, including exposure to moisture, heat, and light.
Consistency:

The ink must ensure uniform application with no streaking, bubbling, pinholes, or thickness variations during the printing process.
Aesthetic Finish:

A high-quality metallic silver finish that completely conceals the underlying data and resists visibility under mobile flashlights or UV light exposure.
Flexo Printing Compatibility:

The ink must be specifically designed for UV flexo printing machines, ensuring smooth operation without clogging the anilox roller or causing print defects.
