We are a furniture manufacturing company based in Pakistan and are searching the following two machines with good quality and after sales service by a reputable company.
1. Wood dryer / Wood Kiln. The timber we use is hard wood known as Dalbergia Sissoo ( Indian Rose Wood / Sheesham). We saw the timber in the shape of planks and these are left open for air drying for about six to eight months. At this stage the moisture content drops to about 30% to 40%.
Before being used in furniture manufacturing the naturally dried hard wood needs to be further be dried to bring the moisture content to be 7%-8% for thinner pieces and about 10% to 11% for thicker pieces. Approximate size of thinner pieces can be 50 X 100 X 3500 mm and thicker pieces can be of size 150 X 150 X 1800 mm. We shall prefer to have HF/RF Vacuum dryer consuming less electricity. The maximum load volume can be something like 3 to 6 cubic meters. The specifications are flexible and can be changed with mutual discussion. We shall appreciate if you can indicate per CBM consumption of electricity in KWh for each liter of water to be removed from wood or per hour consumption in kWh for the dryer.
2. Hot hydraulic press with following specifications:
I. Platen size 3000 X 1350 mm approximately
II. Single layer or two layers
III. For use to press natural wood veneer on MDF / HDF & Chip/particle board sheets
IV. Pressure 100 ~120 tons
V. Heating of thermal oil / water for heating the paten may be by using furnace oil or waste wood and not electrical as cost of electricity is very high in Pakistan.
