My name is Petja, and I'm a part of a new design-first wellness brand.

We are currently seeking a manufacturing partner to help us bring our unique mat designs to life. We are particularly interested in working with a supplier capable of producing mats in custom shapes and sizes.

Our model works on a drop basis, where each new pattern/shape of mats will be available for a limited time and quantity fe. 3X a year, in collaboration with interior designers, architects, etc. We will also have a core, essential collection, which will be our first product offering.

Given this, it is crucial to have high product quality, the flexibility to adjust sizes and shapes, and good lead times.

Specifically, could you please confirm:

1. (MUST) Customisation: Can you support mats in custom shapes and sizes (e. G., oval/wavy)?
2. (MUST) Printing: Can you produce high-quality, full-surface prints with detail and durability?
3. (MUST) Edging: Can you add additional lining on the edges of the mats?
4. (MUST): Material: SUEDE is NOT an option. 1. TOP: Needs to be grippy, sustain printing, 2. MIDDLE: Very soft, 8-12mm, softer than normal yoga mat, 3. BOTTOM: Non slippery
4. Costs involved (FOB/min order quality, cost of the mould)
5. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement?
6. What is your typical lead time for such orders?
7. With what other known brands in yoga/wellness do you work with?
