I have an urgent requirement for 50 000 pieces hooded medical protection suits class 3 or 4B. Please be so kind as to send me a formal quotation. I require a formal quotation containing the following information:
1. FOB price your nearest airport.
2. Full packing list: Quantity per carton, carton size (L X B X H), weight of carton, total numbers of cartons, total weight of consignment and total cubic meters.
3. CE/FDA certification.
4. Lead / delivery time.
5. Terms and conditions.
NB. My deadline for submission is 09: 00am tomorrow morning South African Local time.
