This tool is used for preloading the recoil starter spring for small engines including lawn mowers generators brush cutters weed whackers chainsaws. It has an automatic detached feature and several different ring modules for different applications. This tool used to be patented under EZ Coil a number of years ago.

I am just a handicapped small engine repair hobbyist who needs assistance with preloading the recoiler starter springs For several of mine hobby projects. This item is available in Europe and the UK but shipping costs are 7 to 10 times more than the $20 cost of the unit.
