I am developing an innovative concept for an adult progressive puzzle and I am looking for a manufacturer to create a custom prototype.
🧩 Progressive Puzzle Concept:

The puzzle will consist of [500/1000] pieces.
Each piece must have a unique number printed on the back, indicating the group/bag it belongs to (e.g., Group 1, Group 2, etc.).
The pieces will be pre-sorted into separate numbered bags for easier assembly.
If pre-sorting significantly increases costs, I am open to receiving the pieces with printed numbers and handling the sorting myself.

Material: Premium cardboard or wood, depending on your capabilities.
Numbering: Each piece must have a clearly visible number printed on the back.
Sorting: Pre-sorting into individual numbered bags (optional, depending on cost).
