Plastic Flask with cap and washer, clear translucent [semi-transparent], volume 60ml, 100ml, 200ml & 500ml with additional specifications as follows: - (a) Height with cap shall be 78 ± 2mm, outer mouth diameter of 25 ± 1 mm and flask diameter of 35 ± 2 mm, (b) Polyethylene food quality round cylindrical, fitted with plastic screw cap for packing liquids and semi-solid medications for patient's use, (c) Shape-round cylindrical and slightly domed at base to allow a better equilibrium, (d) Caps should be already screwed on delivery, (e) The polyethylene used in the manufacture of the flasks should be environment friendly and (f) The plastic flasks should be packed in cartons of 500 units, each carton containing 5 (five) packets of 100 (one hundred) flasks.
