I am looking for a latching relay module capable of performing the below functions;

1. I need an external relay latching module which will be connected between my DC solenoid valve and 12V DC power supply.
2. The power requirement will be 12V DC connected to the relay latching module.

NOTE: My DC solenoid valve operation method;
100ms of electrical power to energize and attract the coil (Open the valve)
10ms of electrical power to energize and repel the coil (Close the valve)

3. The external latching module must be able to provide 100ms electrical power to open the valve when it detect that power supply is ON and when it detect DC power is OFF, the latching module must be able to detect that no more power is given and it will provide 10ms of electrical power to close the valve.

The relay module must be able to detect signal if there is any electrical power being supplied to the relay module and in turn, it will turn on and off solenoid valve based on its detection if there is any electrical power.

Please provide if you have any products capable to performing the required functions.
