I am interested in the supply of "Dust suppression reagent mixture (technical bischofite) with at least three components based on: Magnesium chloride, ammonium sulfate, calcium nitrate, corrosion inhibitor" - 180 tons.
Acceptable organoleptic and physical properties:
- The reagent mixture is odorless;
- Does not have a negative impact on the environment, animals, and people;
- Low corrosive activity towards metals;
- Can be used in both warm and cold periods;
- Effective at low temperatures;
- Long-lasting effect after precipitation;
- Not sensitive to wind during spraying due to the high density of the reagent.
Acceptable environmental properties of the reagent:
- Mass fraction of soluble salts, % - from 20 to 30;
- Equilibrium melting capacity at minus 50°C, g/g, not less than - 2.0;
- Corrosive activity (St3), (mg/cm²-day) of a solution with a total salt content of 5% by weight, not less than - 1.1;
- Indicator of aggressive impact on cement concrete, g/cm³, not more than - 0.07
Warranty storage period of at least 12 months, preventing damage or destruction of the reagent during storage or transportation.
