Where should I seek help to resolve conflict with a supplier?

We have contact with the company below which is "gold supplier" with you.

We agreed price - received invoice for samples - paid via bank - received samples, but only one item. Of each type and not 3 PCS. As stated on invoice and agreed, we approved submitted after corrections and sent photo of correction which were spelling errors in club name. We received invoice for the entire order and after a little corrections we got it made so that it voted with our agreement. We paid the invoice and received confirmation that the money was received by the company. After a few days when we were unable to get shipping time to know, we started receiving mail with problems arising about the lack of white acrylic yarn for knitting hat and after a few days the company asked for our bank connection so that they could repay some of the money. After we have settled our payments + bank and shipping costs, we have not heard from the company, giving us a thought of cheating and fraud.
